Elm York Assisted Living offers all the comforts of home with the security and support of being part of a larger community. Elm York allows each resident to age in place while maintaining their independence in keeping with their own personal abilities. Services include dietary, recreational, case management, assistance with medication, housekeeping, and laundry.

Our Assisted Living Program provides specialized services including nursing, personal care assistance, therapies, and care management. Our supportive social living environment is an excellent alternative to living alone without needed services or living in an institution, such as a nursing home.
